Unfortunately, in Michigan, we get some crazy weather. The winter months can be unpredictable, but it's usually very cold and very snowy. We would love to be able to investigate all year long. However, our investigations usually require us to sit outside with our equipment and team members. With the cold and snow, that is unsafe for both us and our equipment. We are willing to investigate, especially for emergencies, with some conditions..
Residence - The only way we can conduct a normal investigation for a residence is if the home has either an attached garage that we can set up in, or the house is big enough we can properly set up somewhere inside.
Business - For a business, again, as long as we have somewhere out of the elements to set up, we can investigate. An office, breakroom.. somewhere far enough from the active areas that we won't interfere with the investigation.
For emergencies, please just contact us and we'll figure something out.
Thanks for understanding!

Footsteps heard near the stage area of the upper level, uneasy feeling in the upper level, feelings of being watched..
Large 2-story building used for community events. Upper level has stage area and dance floor, all open, except for storage rooms and bathrooms on both ends. Also has a balcony area with more storage rooms. Lower level is a mess hall, dining area, etc. Also very big and open. Has a kitchen on one end, along with storage rooms and bathrooms on both sides.
We had 5 cameras recording.. IR cam 1: very top corner of the balcony where lighting is used, facing dance floor and balcony on other side; IR cam 2: balcony, facing the stage and dance floor; IR cam 3: same view of the stage and dance floor, but from the main level; IR cam 4: downstairs, spanning the room and facing the entrance; IR cam 5: downstairs, spanning the room and facing the kitchen.
We had 6 voice recorders running.. one in the balcony near the camera, one by the stage on the upper level, one by each camera downstairs, one central base to compare our voices/noise, and the 6th was carried around by teams as they investigated. We also had an EMF detector, a K-II meter, a thermal detector, 2 digital thermometers, a hand-held video camera with night vision, and a digital camera for photos.. along with our other usual equipment.
We got to the location around 8:00 pm. After talking with the client for a few minutes, we started setting up equipment. We set up "central base" in the far corner of the buildng, in a small storage room off the kitchen, away from the most active spots in the building. Once we had the cameras set up and running.. we took photos, temp. and EMF readings.
