Unfortunately, in Michigan, we get some crazy weather. The winter months can be unpredictable, but it's usually very cold and very snowy. We would love to be able to investigate all year long. However, our investigations usually require us to sit outside with our equipment and team members. With the cold and snow, that is unsafe for both us and our equipment. We are willing to investigate, especially for emergencies, with some conditions..
Residence - The only way we can conduct a normal investigation for a residence is if the home has either an attached garage that we can set up in, or the house is big enough we can properly set up somewhere inside.
Business - For a business, again, as long as we have somewhere out of the elements to set up, we can investigate. An office, breakroom.. somewhere far enough from the active areas that we won't interfere with the investigation.
For emergencies, please just contact us and we'll figure something out.
Thanks for understanding!

Owner and several employees have experienced things. Packages of buns being thrown off shelves and landing in the middle of the floor, can of cooking spray also thrown and ending up in the middle of the floor; sounds of the back door being opened in the middle of the night with only the owner in the building; occasional voices being heard by different employees...
The building consists of a kitchen, lobby/dining area, banquet room, an office in back.. along with other smaller rooms, storage closets, bathrooms, etc. on the main floor. Upstairs consists of several rooms/apartments and the loft area (still under construction). Downstairs has a big, open basement, which spans the whole building, front to back. All in all, huge space with a lot of square footage to cover!
We had 6 cameras recording.. IR cam 1: upstairs, in the loft, facing a doorway and "window" where a shadow was seen; IR cam 2: in the banquet room, facing the back door and wall; IR cam 3: in the basement, facing to the front of the building; IR cam 4: in the basement, facing the back of the building and stairs; IR cam 5: in the dining room, by the front door, spanning the room and facing down the hallway to the back of the building; IR cam 6: in the kitchen where objects have been moved and people have been touched.
We had 5 voice recorders running.. 2 upstairs in the loft; 1 downstairs in the basement, 1 in the dining room, and the 5th was carried around by teams as they investigated. We also had an EMF detector, a K-II meter, a thermal detector, 2 digital thermometers, a laser tripwire motion sensor, a laser grid pen, and digital cameras.. along with our other usual equipment.
We got to the location by 10:00 pm. After showing the new members around the place, we started setting up equipment. We set up "central base" in the old front take-out waiting area. Once we had the cameras set up and running.. we took photos, temp. and EMF readings.
