The owners have lived in this house for nearly 50 years. They've experienced activity on and off for a long time, as well as family members seeing or hearing things. The house was originally just a one-room cabin, which, according to stories in history, was once used as a rest stop on the side of the highway. The rest of the home was added on before the current owners moved in, over 50 years ago. The house has also seen a fire, and was even without electricity until the 1990's. We were finally asked to come in, as the family wants answers.

Client Claims

A mist has been seen, along with light anomalies in the livingroom. They've heard disembodied footsteps, what sounds to be a child running around the kitchen.. and the family has experienced quite a few different things over the years, including someone seeing nuns walk out of the woods behind the house and a picture that was taken that had faces of children in it.

About The Residence

This is an old small 2-bedroom house in the country. It consists of a livingroom and kitchen/dining area, and the 2 bedrooms and bath, with an attic above.

Equipment Placement

We had 4 cameras recording.. IR cam 1: in the livingroom, facing the front door and side window; IR cam 2: in the livingroom, facing the ceiling where light anomalies have been seen; IR cam 3: in the kitchen, facing the back door, bathroom and the doors to the bedrooms; IR cam 4: by the back door, facing the kitchen.

We had 3 voice recorders running.. one in the kitchen area, one in the livingroom, and the 3rd was carried around by teams as they investigated. We also had an EMF detector, a K-II meter, a thermal detector, 2 digital thermometers, and a digital camera.. along with our other usual equipment.

Setting Up

We got to the location at 9:00 pm. After talking with the owner, we set up "central base" in the teams van in the driveway. Once we had the cameras set up and running.. we took photos, temp. and EMF readings. Then we went lights out. We took about 20 minutes of silent treatment before the first team of 2 went inside for their session..
