Resident has lived in this apartment for several months and started experiencing things right away. Part of it she thinks may be her mother visiting her, who has passed on.. but not all of it, as there have been other things going on that doesn't seem as nice. The things that frighten her, she doesn't think her mother would do. She asked us in to find out if what's there doesn't want her there, and to ask it to leave. She's only okay with her mother being with her.

About The Residence

This is a decent-sized 2-bedroom apartment on the 2nd story of an old building. It consists of a livingroom and kitchen area upstairs, and the 2 bedrooms and bath on the main floor.

Equipment Placement

We had 4 cameras recording.. IR cam 1: in the kitchen facing the cupboards; IR cam 2: in the master bedroom facing the area of the room where things happen; IR cam 3: at the top of the stairs in the kitchen facing down so we can see the stairs; IR cam 4: in the hallway facing the front door.. All 4 hotspots where areas of activity occur the most.

We had 5 voice recorders running.. one in the kitchen and living room area, one in the bedroom, one in the hallway, one in the attic of the building, just outside of the apartment's front door.. and the 5th was carried around by teams as they investigated. We also had 2 EMF detectors, a thermal detector, 2 digital thermometers, and digital cameras.. along with our other usual equipment.

Setting Up

We got to the location at 9:00 pm. After talking with the owner and getting a tour of the place, which is an apartment in a building, we set up "central base" in the apartment next to the location. Once we had the cameras set up and running.. we took photos, temp. and EMF readings. Then we went lights out. We took about 30 minutes of silent treatment before the first team of 2 went inside for their session..
