Unfortunately, in Michigan, we get some crazy weather. The winter months can be unpredictable, but it's usually very cold and very snowy. We would love to be able to investigate all year long. However, our investigations usually require us to sit outside with our equipment and team members. With the cold and snow, that is unsafe for both us and our equipment. We are willing to investigate, especially for emergencies, with some conditions..
Residence - The only way we can conduct a normal investigation for a residence is if the home has either an attached garage that we can set up in, or the house is big enough we can properly set up somewhere inside.
Business - For a business, again, as long as we have somewhere out of the elements to set up, we can investigate. An office, breakroom.. somewhere far enough from the active areas that we won't interfere with the investigation.
For emergencies, please just contact us and we'll figure something out.
Thanks for understanding!
Lobby - This voice sounds to be a child or someone young saying "back here". At the end, you'll hear noises that are coming from our team.

Lobby - This clip from the lobby isn't a voice or sound, but rather creaking and what sounds like walking around when no one is in that area of the building.

Lobby - Little bit quieter voice here and really quick, but sounds like either a "Hey" or "Hi", or just a breath or sigh, from a male.

Lobby - Another voice caught.. again, just a breath or sigh.. maybe a word. But this time, from a female voice instead of the male caught earlier.

Dining Room - This clip sounds like a "Help". It also sounds like the voice of a child.. Could it be the same child we caught earlier and on the 1st night in the guest rooms on the 2nd/3rd floors, and the one that has been seen in the dining/kitchen area by staff? Good possibility..

Room 15 - A "1 knock for yes, 2 knocks for no" question is asked here. Team member asks.. "Do you want us to leave this room?", and gets a 1 knock for yes response, 2 different times.

Room 15 - When sensing a presence of a woman nearby, a team member starts talking about painting a dresser in the guest room they were in. In this clip, she asks.. "Do you want me to paint it?", and we get a response of "No", that the team heard and responds back to..
