Unfortunately, in Michigan, we get some crazy weather. The winter months can be unpredictable, but it's usually very cold and very snowy. We would love to be able to investigate all year long. However, our investigations usually require us to sit outside with our equipment and team members. With the cold and snow, that is unsafe for both us and our equipment. We are willing to investigate, especially for emergencies, with some conditions..
Residence - The only way we can conduct a normal investigation for a residence is if the home has either an attached garage that we can set up in, or the house is big enough we can properly set up somewhere inside.
Business - For a business, again, as long as we have somewhere out of the elements to set up, we can investigate. An office, breakroom.. somewhere far enough from the active areas that we won't interfere with the investigation.
For emergencies, please just contact us and we'll figure something out.
Thanks for understanding!

Kids hear names being called, several people have seen an apparition of a man just outside of the house, resident and friends have caught an EVP of a man in the basement, resident has seen a child several times and has even picked it up thinking it was one of her own.. Also have toys turning on by themselves, and a board in the basement that always falls over..
This home is a gorgeous older 2-story home in downtown St. John's. It's very big and beautiful with the 2 main floors, basement and attic. The main floor has a nice big living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, bath and a covered back porch. Second story has 2 bedrooms and a bath, with the attic space being off the stairway. The full basement has several small rooms, with maze-like hallways. Also has a room dubbed "the party room", for it has graffiti covering the walls.
We had 4 cameras recording.. IR cam 1: in the upstairs daughters bedroom facing into the hallway, IR cam 2: in the main floor master bedroom facing at the door into the kitchen, IR cam 3: in living room facing into the dining room, IR cam 4: in the basement spanning several rooms.
We had 4 voice recorders running.. one on the dining room table covering the living/dining and kitchen spaces, one upstairs in the hallway covering the entire level, and 1 downstairs in the basement. The 4th was carried around by teams as they investigated. We also had 2 EMF detectors, a thermal detector, 2 digital thermometers, and digital cameras.. along with our other usual equipment.
We got to the home around 8:00 pm. After talking with the resident and getting a tour of the home, we set up "central base" on the front porch. Once we had the cameras set up and running.. we took photos, temp. and EMF readings. Then we went lights out. We took about 10 minutes of silent treatment before the first team of 2 went inside for their session..
