Unfortunately, in Michigan, we get some crazy weather. The winter months can be unpredictable, but it's usually very cold and very snowy. We would love to be able to investigate all year long. However, our investigations usually require us to sit outside with our equipment and team members. With the cold and snow, that is unsafe for both us and our equipment. We are willing to investigate, especially for emergencies, with some conditions..
Residence - The only way we can conduct a normal investigation for a residence is if the home has either an attached garage that we can set up in, or the house is big enough we can properly set up somewhere inside.
Business - For a business, again, as long as we have somewhere out of the elements to set up, we can investigate. An office, breakroom.. somewhere far enough from the active areas that we won't interfere with the investigation.
For emergencies, please just contact us and we'll figure something out.
Thanks for understanding!

Dark shadows, actually seeing someone walk through the house, dining room chairs moving by themselves, objects disappearing and reappearing in strange places, heavy footsteps, light bulbs blowing out, being touched, cold spots.. feelings of someone there and you just can't see them..
This residence is a double wide mobile home in a community. 3 bedrooms, a living/great room, dining, kitchen, 2 bath and laundry room.
We had 4 cameras recording.. IR cam 1: in the livingroom covering the living area and toward the kitchen/hallway area, IR cam 2: in the dining room facing the kitchen, IR cam 3: in the master bedroom facing the master bath where one of the most active spots is, IR cam 4: in the second bedroom facing the door, also one of the most active spots.
We had 4 voice recorders, one in each bedroom, one in the living/dining area, and the 4th was carried around by teams as they investigated. We also had 2 EMF meters, a digital thermometer, and digital cameras.. along with our other usual equipment.
We got to the home around 8:30 pm. We talked with the family and got a tour before setting up. We set up "central base" on the side porch of the house. Once we had the cameras set up and running.. we took photos, temp. and EMF readings. Then we went lights out. We took about 30 minutes of silent treatment before the first team of 2 went inside for their session..

Felicia shared her teams experiences...
"We were the 2nd team inside. We went into the 2nd bedroom first, which is shared with a little girl and her mother. We were told it was one of the most active rooms in the house. We spent about 20-25 minutes in there, not really too much going on. A noise or cold spot here and there, but nothing big. We then moved into the master bedroom, on the other end of the house, where the attached master bath has many of the experiences that have happened. We sat there and asked more questions. At one point, I thought I heard footsteps coming down the hallway toward us. Not long after, Tom saw something out the door. I had sat down next to the bed and end table and set our clipboard on the end corner of the bed, within hand reach. When we decided to get up and go check on the noises in the dining area, I turned my flashlight on to grab the clipboard, and the attached book light on it had been taken off and placed next to it. It surprised me, being so close to it. We didn't hear it pop off, and trying to get it to fall off myself.. couldn't re-create it. Something had to grab it off there and set it down. After taking a few pictures of it, we moved into the dining room for our last few minutes. At that point, not much else to note. But I'm still trying to figure out the book light!"
"After having just gone in, we decided to switch things up and do a girl team with me, Monica and home-owner, Holly. She wanted to ask some questions herself, we thought that a really good idea. We sat in the living room, her sitting at her computer desk, where she tends to experience alot. After several minutes and a round of questions, Holly started getting extremely cold, feeling cold drafts blowing on her. Around the same time, Monica and I also felt cold, getting actual goosebumps, even though it was 70 deg. in there. We tried to figure it out, but couldn't find anything. She then thought she saw/felt something around the corner and toward the 2nd bedroom. It gave off an uneasy feeling, but we couldn't find anything with pictures or other devices. We then decided to go into the master bedroom. Almost immediately, Holly got really nervous, uncomfortable, and could barely speak. A few minutes later, I felt a tugging on my jeans at my leg. Just after that, I saw something move in the bathroom (I was sitting at the end of the bed looking straight into it). Monica made a noise and I asked her if she saw that.. she did. Then Holly saw something move in the mirror and it scared her so bad she had to leave and go outside. We followed to make sure she was ok. All 3 of us saw something in the same place, at almost exactly the same time..."
