Unfortunately, in Michigan, we get some crazy weather. The winter months can be unpredictable, but it's usually very cold and very snowy. We would love to be able to investigate all year long. However, our investigations usually require us to sit outside with our equipment and team members. With the cold and snow, that is unsafe for both us and our equipment. We are willing to investigate, especially for emergencies, with some conditions..
Residence - The only way we can conduct a normal investigation for a residence is if the home has either an attached garage that we can set up in, or the house is big enough we can properly set up somewhere inside.
Business - For a business, again, as long as we have somewhere out of the elements to set up, we can investigate. An office, breakroom.. somewhere far enough from the active areas that we won't interfere with the investigation.
For emergencies, please just contact us and we'll figure something out.
Thanks for understanding!

Owner and several employees have experienced things. Packages of buns being thrown off shelves and landing in the middle of the floor, can of cooking spray also thrown and ending up in the middle of the floor; sounds of the back door being opened in the middle of the night with only the owner in the building; occasional voices being heard by different employees...
The majority of the building is under construction and being renovated at the time of investigation. The building consisted of the take-out/register area (the only area actually open right now), kitchen, lobby/dining area, a side room that's being used as an office right now.. along with other smaller rooms, storage closets, bathrooms, etc. on the main floor. Upstairs consisted of several rooms/apartments and the loft area (also under construction and which we did investigate). Downstairs was a big, open basement, which spanned the whole building, front to back. All in all, huge space with a lot of square footage to cover!
We had 4 cameras recording.. IR cam 1: in the kitchen covering the area where objects fly off shelves and the front waiting area, IR cam 2: in the lobby/dining area spanning the whole room, which is under construction, IR cam 3: in the old, original basement, IR cam 4: in the upstairs original loft, which is also under construction and being redone.
We had 4 voice recorders, one in the lobby/dining area, one in the upstairs loft, one in the basement, and the 4th was carried around by teams as they investigated. We also had 2 EMF meters, a digital thermometer, and digital cameras.. along with our other usual equipment.
We got to the business around 10:30 pm. We talked with the owner as he showed us around the restaurant area, upstairs and downstairs.. and told us about the claims and history/stories he's been told. After the full walk-through, we started to set up equipment and get ready. We set "central base" outside behind the buildings. Once we had the cameras set up and running.. we took photos, temp. and EMF readings. Then we went lights out, even though a couple of lights had to be left on for security reasons. We took about 30 minutes of silent treatment before the first team of 3 went inside for their session..
