Case # 017 - Private Residence

This was a gorgeous old home in the heart of Lansing. We don't have much history, as of yet, but the homeowners believe it was built around 1916. Looking around, inside and out, at the original woodwork, windows and doors.. Whether there's anything paranormal there or not, it was a great house to spend a night in and explore!

Voices, footsteps, shadows, objects being moved/taken, dog stares at the stairs and follows something they can`t see, oldest daughter has seen apparitions..

About The Home

This residence is a big and gorgeous old home. It has 3 bedrooms, and a bath upstairs. And a livingroom, dining room, kitchen, and bath downstairs.. with basement.

Equipment Placement

We had 4 cameras recording.. IR cam 1: in the livingroom covering the living area and the stairway, IR cam 2: in the dining room facing the dining area and toward the kitchen, IR cam 3: in the master bedroom spanning the room and facing the doorway, IR cam 4: in the daughters bedroom spanning the room where apparitions were seen.

We had 4 voice recorders, one in each bedroom, one in the living/kitchen area, and the 4th was carried around by teams as they investigated. We also had 2 EMF meters, a digital thermometer, and digital cameras.. along with our other usual equipment.

Setting Up

We got to the home just before 8 pm. We talked with the home owners and got a tour before setting up. We set up "central base" on the covered front porch. Once we had the cameras set up and running.. we took photos, temp. and EMF readings. Then we went lights out. We took about 30 minutes of silent treatment before the first team of 2 went inside for their session..
