Unfortunately, in Michigan, we get some crazy weather. The winter months can be unpredictable, but it's usually very cold and very snowy. We would love to be able to investigate all year long. However, our investigations usually require us to sit outside with our equipment and team members. With the cold and snow, that is unsafe for both us and our equipment. We are willing to investigate, especially for emergencies, with some conditions..
Residence - The only way we can conduct a normal investigation for a residence is if the home has either an attached garage that we can set up in, or the house is big enough we can properly set up somewhere inside.
Business - For a business, again, as long as we have somewhere out of the elements to set up, we can investigate. An office, breakroom.. somewhere far enough from the active areas that we won't interfere with the investigation.
For emergencies, please just contact us and we'll figure something out.

Shadow people, something punching walls and tossing brooms, hearing someone walk up and down stairs, other noises / sounds, and the baby in the home will talk or look at things that aren't there..
This residence is a two-story house that was turned into apartments, at least 4 of them. The entire house seems to be experiencing activity and the landlord would like us to investigate the whole thing, along with many of the other tenants that we were able to talk with while there. This apartment was downstairs, and has 2 bedrooms with a livingroom, kitchen and bath.
We had 5 cameras recording.. IR cam 1: in the livingroom facing the kitchen and master bedroom, IR cam 2: in the livingroom facing a corner/area where there were shadows often seen, IR cam 3: in the kitchen facing and looking toward both bedrooms, and IR cam 4: in the baby's bedroom facing his crib where he's often caught talking or looking at things that aren't there! We also put another nightvision camera in the master bedroom facing the bed and door to kitchen.
We had 4 voice recorders running.. one in the livingroom on the coffee table, one in the master bedroom on the bed, another in the baby's room on a dresser, and the fourth was carried around by teams as they investigated.. covering all aspects. We also had EMF meters, along with our other usual equipment. And we took before and after photos, for comparison purposes.
We set everything up, and had "central base" in the van outside, which was parked in the yard right in front of the home, by the porch! We gave about 15 minutes of silent treatment, allowing equipment to run with no one in the home.. before the first team of 2 went inside for their 1-hour session, followed by the second and third teams, with small breaks inbetween.
Each team had strange experiences with the EMF meter, which would go off to what seemed to be answering questions and communicating with us. The home had a lot of EMF in different areas, with the most being in the livingroom. However, when a team would find an area where it wasn't going off, they would start asking questions for whoever may be there to make it go off by touching it or coming near it. And it would! Several times, each teams would get responses to questions. Trying to debunk it by moving the meter around, it seemed like it was going off in response.. but, we may never know.
A couple of members also thought they saw shadows at one point or another. We'll see if our equipment can prove or disprove anything.. so check back.
We're hoping to set up a return visit to this home in the near future. With the audio EVPs that were caught, it seems to us that there is something there. Residents in the other apartments have also mentioned us doing their space, as well.. so we plan to look into this case more and find some real answers.
